I have never used online dating, how does it work?

Online dating is a fast, fun, safe and above all else very effective way of meeting your ideal partner. Once you register free with us you can start to compile your own profile (this is the details that other members will read about you) and search our extensive database of other members to find people that you wish to contact. Once you have registered you will receive your own unique Account ID and Password which will enable you to log in, send messages to other members and read messages that members have sent to you. All messaging is done through the site and your personal details such as your email address or contact details are never passed on to other members by us.

That all sounds fantastic, but is it safe?

In this day and age, this is one of the safest ways of meeting new people that are available. You never have to give out any personal details, such as your home address, telephone number or even your email to anyone unless you wish to do soand all correspondence is done via our anonymous messaging facility or chat rooms.

For your additional safety, you should always follow these simple guidelines:

• Never give out any personal information to a stranger (is home telephone number or address)
• If arranging to meet, always inform someone of where you are going and what itme you are expected to return
• Always meet new people in busy public places, ie a bar or restaurant. Never invite someone that you have jsut met for the first time back to your house
• Always use your common sense and follow your instincts, if you are unsure then simply don't do it. Your gut feeling is normally right.

Once I have joined, how long does it take for my profile to appear on the site?

Your profile will appear to thousands of potenial partners within minuets of you completing it. If you have included a photo this will take a little while before it appears as we manually approve all photos to ensure that they fit within our guidelines (we don't allow any nudity or offensive pictures on our site). If for some reason your photo wasn't approved then we would email you and ask for an alternative picture. Your photo can be changed at any point during your membership and it is possible to have more than one photo on your profile.

How long is my profile on your site for?

The standard time for all profiles is one year.

Is there any way that I can make my profile MORE visable to other people?

Yes, you do have the option of enhancing your membership to Featured this will mean that you profile will be permantly displayed to everybody that views the Featured page. This page is the entrance to our online shop and chat rooms and so it is a page that is viewed daily by thousands of people and for less then the price of a chocolate bar, this is a very worthwhile. But if you have any questions of worries about your profile then our staff will be happy to help, jsut drop them an email. 

How long are my messages from members kept on the site?

All your messages are kept for 60 days and then they are deleated from your account, you can however forward copies of your messages to your standard email address once you have read them if you wish to save copies.

Do you share my details with any other companies?

No, the privacy of our members is of upmost importance to us. We would never pass any of your information on to members or any other companies.  Your private contact details stay completly private at all times. We do however offer our members some fantastic offers and deals on behalf of other companys, but these are done through adverts on our site and not by passing any information over to the 3rd party.
